We have the opening for the post of Sr. Sales Administrator based at Chennai.


The requirements for the post are as follows:


Qualification: 
 A graduate with telemarketing skills and computer literacy (Internet/Email/MS Office) is a must. Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi Self starter with lateral thinking ability Good organization skills & time management Tenacity & Attention to details Well developed interpersonal skills
Age group: Between 28 - 35 yrs both male & female.


Job Description:
If you were to list out some of the responsibilities of a Sr. Sales Admin they would be:
 Liaising with the Logistics department and Production department to arrive at the optimum schedule, price and terms of sale. Networking with Architects, Builders, Contractors and Govt. Departments to gain information on projects and the scope for using Eurocon in those projects. Identifying key decision makers, specifiers in specific projects and discuss with them to include/specify Eurocon for all suitable applications. Liaising with Design division to work out possible laying patterns and design options to best suit the customers requirements. Negotiating the price, terms of sale and schedule with the customer. Effectively monitoring Sales Administrators and Showroom Assistants working, advising corrective action and timely interventions, through effective and regular reporting as per company norms. Ensuring that individual as well as team targets are surpassed through efficient and responsible sales management.


CTC:
 Salary is not a constraint for the right candidate. In general the salary break up would be Fixed salary + Benefits Benefits include PF, ESI, Mediclaim, Leave encashment, Accident Insurance, Gratuity and Bonus.
