The parent company is a age old German Multinational, primary in the feild of Phyto Pharmaceuticals. The business in discussion covers the entire OTC products of the company presently marketed in India. Two brands are already established and are known for more than 70 years. Company's OTC business promotes its product range to all allopathic chemist via a team of TE's (Territory executives) in each region , who report to AM's (Area Manager) and RM's (Regional Managers). The Managers report to Head - OTC sales who looks after all sales India operations.
Candidate Profile
The Vacancy is for AM (Delhi & NCR) position. The desired candidate should have the following match the following profile :
1) The Candidate should have definitely have exposure to selling OTC / Herbal / Healthcare / Neutraceuticals products at Allopathic Chemists counters in Delhi and preferably NCR.
2) The Candidate should have managed a team of four TE / SO / FSE covering entire Delhi and NCR
3) The Candidate should have himself worked at the grass root level covering allopathic chemists
4) The Candidate should be confident and hardworking.
5) The should posses managerial skills and should be positive in his approach towards business.
7) The candidates relationship building skills with the dealer and distributors is a must.
8) The Candidate should carry a clean track record in the market with no legal or company related matters pending against him.
10) The Candidate should posses basic computer skills i.e MS -word , power point , MS -excel
